We came from Pennsylvania and found our way to Oklahoma due to my new job as a District Supervisor with Staples. From the start, working with Russell was very enjoyable. When the time came for my wife and kids to join me, Russell took all of us, all 5 of us, to almost every part of the City for days before finally showing us a brand new home in Edmond. He was there every step of the way and even made sure that a few last minute details were finished by the builder. It certainly made our hectic move a little bit easier and we were proud to have Russell as our REALTOR!

When my mother passed away in 1999, I had no idea where things would go. With help from a non-profit agency we found Russell in the yellow pages and he agreed to list my small home in SE Oklahoma City. It was a little rough but he was confident that he could sell it. Well, he sold it in 5 days but here's the best part. When the title search revealed numerous problems that would have to get resolved prior to closing, Russell went to work. He helped me file an estate tax return for my deceased mother and even took it to the State office for me. He also obtained her death certificate having gone to the Records office near downtown. When the title company discovered that the former owner's wife passed away, Russell tracked down a relative by calling all of the people with the same last name in the phone book until he found one, got the information he needed and was able to go back to the records office and get that ladies death certificate. Russell did more than his job. He went out of his way to help a lady who did not have the know-how to get them done myself. All this for a $17,000.00 sale. After only a year here in Oklahoma, my family and I found ourselves going back to Pennsylvania where this all started. We turned to Russell who, in about 2 weeks, sold our home and while we had left for home, took care of our property right up to the day that it closed.
